Consent to personal data processing

I hereby authorize Pay Ring JSC (INN 7709492806, OGRN 1167746478217, address: 109147, Moscow, Marksistskaya str., 34/10, room 37) to process my personal data, and prove that I act willingly and for my own benefit. According to 152 "On personal data" Federal Law of July 27, 2006, I agree to provide the following personal information: surname, name, paternal name, position, phone number, and e-mail. Or, in case of acting as a legal representative of a legal entity, I agree to provide information on the legal entity, including its name, legal address, activity type, and the name and full name of the executive board. In case of third party personal information provision, I acknowledge I received approval of third parties on behalf of whom I act to process their personal data, including gathering, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating and changing), usage, distribution (including transfers), anonymization, blocking, destruction and other processes related to the provided personal data carried out in accordance with the law.  

Consent to personal data processing is granted for the purpose of using the services provided by Pay Ring JSC. I agree to process the personal information by means of gathering, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating and changing), usage, distribution (including transfers), anonymization, blocking, destruction and other processes related to the provided personal data carried out in accordance with the law. Data processing can be carried out either by means of automated equipment or without it (non-automated processing).  

Personal data processing carried out by Pay Ring JSC shall not be limited in terms of processing means.  

I hereby prove that Pay Ring JSC shall have the right to provide my personal data to a third party for the above stated purposes, should such a need arise, including third party practice within the framework of the services stated above. Such third parties have the right to process personal data granted by this consent and to notify me on tariffs and special promotions and offers. Information sharing shall be carried out by means of telephone communications and/or e-mail.
